Mobile Commerce: Leveraging Mobile for Loyalty, Rebates and Coupons

Brands still conduct purchase validation the old fashioned way, requiring customers to photocopy receipts and send them in by mail along with a proof of purchase. Programs that require purchase validation – such as loyalty, rebates, coupons etc – can be done entirely through mobile (app-free), making them more effective, convenient and responsive than traditional mail-in programs.
